I just think AGS needs a better communications department. I barely know anything before it happens; and when single servers go down for a “restart” and last over 1 hour with zero news, this is just simple not acceptable for someone trying to be a Triple A Studio.

This is a good post, some additional transparency and details about patches, nerfs, adjustments, etc. and even a road map for what is going to happen down the road would go a long way to earning the communities actual trust and patience.
