Are you opening character creation back up at some point for devourer?

please i need to know the answer too because if not ill be sad rerolling since my friends couldnt start and i made them buy the game><

Yup… devourer is one of the lower pop FSS servers in comparison. all the unlocked ones have more pop playing by now, half of which have queues. so I don’t understand why they’re still keeping certain ones locked.
My friends are already all on that server, so it makes no sense to go somewhere else. Really sucks, and for no good reason apparently, if the stats are correct.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues moving/ joining servers.
Please note, some servers are presently unavailable for migration as they are either full or not accepting transfers (locked). You can try moving to a different server with availability or wait on the server to become available with no specific time frame for when this may happen. You can check on the server status here.
As a side note: We do not perform server unlocks or provide server “spaces” per request, so these requests are not necessary.
