Do we have a fire damage named dropped ring (WITH hearty). ? We have Ice Damage with band of Ocean oath, and we have surgeons ring for Void, while no hearty it has double damage perks .

Yea siphoning is a dead perk. Bad ring without Hearty
Dex, int is irrelevant to a mage . As is lightning damage

But yes, thats the only legendary rings i found in inventory for intell.
Frankly in that type of situation, crafting seems to be your alternative.
It goes beyond specific need, it’s more about the overall lack of support for mage classes. It’s a joke.
I have a hearty , fire damage, and burning ring on my main account . You have to have some BiS things to make it not a complete meme in War. Even then FS/ IG is hardly slotted , due to lack of utility.
