This is hours of observation, no bs.
Word travels fast on making large amounts of coin so I’m sure other servers are in the same boat.
The problem is you have a large group of people (or game clients) controlling every
move on your servers. Not one company but many all working together in chat.
They stand in towns all-day and monitor players selling, buying and crafting.
They control pricing on all crafting materials (tiers 1 – 5) with buy-outs and cancelled
listings.
Before you judge this post - join our server and see for yourself.
Every day…
See the same collective group standing in the paths of the crafting stations and trading post.
See the same collective group monitoring all storage sheds all day.
See the same collective group monitoring the trading post / tracking buying and selling.
Currently most of this activity is happening in Monarch Bluffs. (the lowest taxes and trading fees – by design).
“These people” found there’s more coin to be made controlling taxes, prices and territory than scripting a fiber, iron or mote farm route.
They have the coin from previous exploits to pull this off and they have been.
New Players don’t stand a chance being robbed like this, they can’t get ahead.
I’d expect new players will quit only after a few days of gameplay.
They’ll spend hours gathering only to be hustled at the trading post.
Crafting, gathering and selling is a means for the new or veteran player to get ahead…
This isn’t possible on Valhalla, I feel like I’m being “run off”.
Login & check current prices, start a long crafting session – see for yourself.
PS
If you have 10+ game clients all logged in on the same IP address, that’s a problem.
The real player base hopes you guys sort out this major issue.
