Devs, with the new patch, Runestone will be insane Expensive

Hey Devs. Please calculate again with the Rune stones

Daily Cooldown +70 a week
Daily Stopwatch -70 a week

now we don’t have any option to get more Rune stone, but there are weekly Arena Keys
The Keys take an additional 45 Rune stone
Then there is the Territory Supply which takes another 20 Rune stone a week

so we need right now 135 Rune stone a week, but only can craft 70. With the new Patch, we need 25 Rune stone per Rune.

If we want all Runes, we need 450 Rune stone.

So I recommend finding a way to increase the way we get more Rune stone or change the resources, this isn’t well-thought-out.

Last time I checked only 1 person needs a key to run a trial.

You haven’t factored in stonecutter gear, first light buff, and accounted for territory supplies you can do without.

The amount of gold you’d gain from selling your trial keys = here’s a thought. Buy more runestone?

You’ve got 8 weeks until probable launch. You’ll figure it out.

That is not the point.
All the buffs don’t make 65 Runes Stones a week, which you already need for the Weeklies. As soon as the patch comes out, you need 450 additional rune stones for all runes. It’s not about to get them. It simply increases the Price to an unnecessarily expensive price.

It’s a New form of horizontal progression. It shouldn’t be an item you craft 30 of in one day. You’ll get all the runestone you need eventually over time.

yeah, but that isn’t what’s gonna happen as we all know. People will start hoarding runestones to rush and have the best set on the update day

50 runestones per heartrune. The major and leggo tiers both require 25 runestones each, and leggo requires the major heartrun to craft.

The cost is too high given the existing craft cooldowns, and that’s before the multiple days of gypsum. The Stalwart Heartrune of Stoneform, for example, will require 50 runestones (5 days), 10 emerald gypsum (10 days), 3 gypsum orbs, 5000 umbral shards and 5 corrupted lodestone.

No, you don’t get the Runestone over time you have to buy them. There is no way to get it when you still want to do Daily cd and weekly cd. I really like the Idea with the Gypsum but the Runestones you need for it is not well-thought-out by the Devs

you dont have to get everything right here right now mentality maybe view the runestones as rare things you have to be smart where you want to use them for your benefit

Yeah I just stop crafting Stopwatch a good System for getting Legendary Items. Thanks for your advice. :slight_smile:

Its not about not getting them that’s no problem but it’s Runestone will Skyrocket with the Patch.

Just craft now, you can do without 15 trial keys a week :laughing:

You can’t expect AGS to do anything about the principles of economics in a free market. Adapt or die.
