Hello!
In the current meta/weapon balance, competitive speaking, there’s no room for the dexterity users. This is my feedback:

The damage done to heavy armor is low even if you’re an archer with 450 dex and light armor (the best damage you can do as a dex user); Also, a Great Axe on a heavy armor will crush you in 2-3 hits when he reaches you, because he hits harder on your light armor than you do on his heavy armor, even having the 20% damage buff from the light armor;

You won’t ever be able run from a great axe or a hatchet user, no matter if you’re using a light armor and he’s on H-E-A-V-Y. That’s insane;
The Great Axe runs 30% faster if he’s looking at you, he has “charge” and he’ll soon throw the bubble on you. No way to run; -
Your first armor when you reach end game will be the faction one, with resilient perk that invalidate the higher critical rate of Dex users; Associated with the physical armor of the heavy armor, you’re sure to beat any dex user;

Dex Spear vs any heavy armor won’t do much eighter. Heavy armor Warhammer and great axe users doesn’t have even to defend, then can just wait until you do your best combo and then smash you;

Rapier is useful for mobility, switch to rapier and run if you’re Dex; Mages do that too on int; And that’s all.
Never try to fight someone in a heavy armor with a rapier or a spear; -
If you’re using a hatchet, it’s better to be on a heavy armor and STR combining with any other STR weapon;

The bow CAN do a good damage, can hit-kill a light armor user IF you hit a heavy atk on the head.
BUT who can do that with a bow on a moving target?
The projectile is so thin, and so slow, and huge balistics, that its hard to hit even static targets at distance; The arrow is so slow that it’s very easy to dodge;
Poor archers… hardest weapon to play with;
***Actually, it’s easier to hit someone with light atack from ice/fire/life/void mages at distance than with a bow. These magic projetiles at least are big, not just a pixel like the arrow; That shouldn’t be like that, you know? Mages are supposed to cast magic, not to be best rangers than archers;
People says that the team with less archers usually win the Outpost Rush; -
I believe the only dex weapon that can be (ocasionally) useful is the Musket (aside from the hatchet on str), because of the sniper range. But the damage is also very low and the firing pace ridiculous;
Some possible balance ideas:
1- Make the gap between light/medium armor defense and heavy armors defense smaller, so the light armor user won’t be easily crushed by the heavy armor user also. You gotta choose between taking less damage on a heavy or do better damage on light, right?
2- Put some sort of armor penetration on dex, maybe?
3- VERY IMPORTANT AND URGENT: Improve the arrow speed and size for the archers, maybe the shot rate. It’s already hard enough to aim in comparison to a melee, why the world’s ranged reference class has to be harder to hit than other ranged classes?
Final considerations:
I believe that a well balanced pvp should have some weapons/armor countering other weapons/armor in a rock paper scisors way. You should check why wars have stacking people on warhammer, lifestaff, ice gauntlet, everyone on heavy armor with resilient perk.
Even the siege is being left behind, making things boring.
Make things more dynamic, make people think strategies, give them possibilities and the PVP will shine.
