TITLE. running around the world and having multiple people also in pursuit of getting there gypsum with the few turkeys available and it doesn’t even drop most of the time. I’ve skinned 10 turkeys 0 drops. been running around for over 20 minutes… feels like 0 thought was put into this, didn’t ever consider that more than 1 person would be after for their diamond gypsum at one time.

have it, farmed over almost 25 turkey’s now, only 1 gypsum. trash

just killed 15 and got two gypsums, it is a waste of time.
It’s a 20% drop chance, which means it’s an 80% miss chance as well.
Drop rate could be increased a touch, for sure. I had to kill about 60 yesterday to get all 6 gypsum. Roughly 1 in 10 turkeys dropped a gypsum. I had enough feathers to make a king sized mattress when I was done though. LOL
Clearly there’s something goofy going on because some people are reporting getting gypsum with the claw quite easily, others, including myself, not. I’ve probably killed 25 turkeys, maybe more, and have only gotten two gypsum. I got the three bags relatively easily (I don’t understand why the gympsum can’t be in the bags but whatever). Anyway, if getting gypsum had always been this hard, that would be one thing, but to make it so difficult just because you’re having an event seems kinda dumb to be honest.
just go great cleave, 50 turkeys every 5 meters, i dont see the problem.
