What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Have a company declare on you while you have try to do the same.

My company has 2 territories, Ebonscale and Weavers fen both under the same company. We got declared on in Ebonscale while waiting on an invasion (which is fine, we want the war) and we decided to push Reekwater to have a war on the following day. We did the push a couple of days ago while they were blocked by an invasion, but now we are unable to declare because earlier today the reekwater company declared on our Weaver’s fen territory, and it gave us a message telling us we couldn’t declare in reekwater anymore. We could have easily defended the WF push to prevent them from declaring on us and letting us attack reekwater if we knew this would happen, but since there was no mention of this being activated, we had no idea.
