Followed the instructions for how to claim items. Says CLAIMED on my prime gaming account and it says that it was claimed on the 11th of Oct. Items do not show up in game. Interesting thing is that I have claimed the new drop that was released after the Ancient Relic Pack and I did actually receive that one no problem. The items aren’t showing up and the Ancient Relic Pack is about to expire. Please, I need help.

Those were just skins, skins are simply unlocked. Nothing there to be claimed ingame. Just check your inventory, select one of the weapons for which a skin was given and right click → change skin.
