Followed the FAQ for how to Claim items from Prime Gaming after linking my two accounts. I have quadruple checked that my accounts are correct. I’ve logged in and out of the game numerous times. The items I claimed are not in my TAB (Inventory). Anyone else experience this?
They will not be in your inventory. They are unlocked in the store and you can see them by going to the store or by right clicking on a piece of equipped armor and selecting the bottom option - Choose Skin (iirc).
There are issues with some claimed items not showing up as unlocked but that is where you will find them.
that happened for me too but with twitch drops, on next day i noticed that twitch account link is gone, and its actually not available for restore, i re-linked everything again (but the twitch icon on game menu aint appear anyway), i am 1500 in que now, gona see if the skins appeared or not…
To be honest, they have other problems at the moment, lol.
its better if they know about them asap 
OK! So I know someone with linked accounts and drops claimed but not available in game. Amazon said to contact Twitch and they, in turn, replied it is an Amazon issue. Back to Amazon support with all the evidence and Amazon escalated the issue in an attempt to fix [still awaiting new reply].
I have all Twitch drops including the latest weapon sets working. There seems to be a glitch in the ‘award’ process for some.
Back in game the twitch drops are NOT in inventory or store.
Instead;
Right click armor / weapon slot on character [left of inventory when accessing]
Pick ‘Change Skin’ [wording may be a little different - doing this from memory]
A window to select skin pops up and your Twitch drop items are / should be there’

Edit silly me - Amazon Prime Gaming skins are the same as Twitch
Emotes are accessed by pressing ‘p’ [default]
Credits ought to be in shop ‘wallet’

yes, thats what i was doing yesterday, but those twitch drops was locked for me on skins page, even through i have all of them now on twitch
We still waiting on update from Amazon support. Twitch are just wiping there hands off issue and blaming AGS.

It’s good you have the items. They where easy to miss. I talked it out with family member over phone till we worked it out.
