I’m sorry that you’re facing the issue receiving resources as they are supposed to be coming.

Please try the following steps:

• Run Steam and New world as admin
• Run Integrity check-
  Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
• And relaunch the game.

Check if the issue is solved.
