I bought my first house just after the patch, it turns out achievements were broken during that time, once they were fixed the achievement was applied but I never received my title for owning my first house. Buying a second house did not apply this title either, I now have the title for owning 2 houses but still not the first one.

I am sorry to hear you did not receive your first house achievement. Unfortunately, this is a known issue that our developers are still working on. With that in mind, I have reviewed all the data you have provided and thank you for the information. Due to the type of issue you mention and how it does not match the expected behavior, this thread would be better addressed in the Bug Reports section
