Continuing the discussion from A Selfless Nature - Adiana is not giving me the quest:
A friend just hit 60 yesterday. We started Brimstone together, he never recieved the quest and Adiana is still saying to enter the motherwell but he is unable. Now he is stuck and cannot progess in the MSQ or in Brimstone…
I’m having the same issue! If a dev could help me as well
@DevonK I have searched all known issues and work arounds and have yet to find a solution. The post i have linked has been closed. Can you tell us where we are at in reference to a work around or solution for this?
Loving the game just want to be able to enjoy it with friends.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

Hello thank you for the reply, im not that tech savy so im not sure how to make a google drive and what not. Also does it matter if i was on a different pc? currently on my laptop and it happened on desktop.
Last but not least is there anyway to just get my Main Story Questline set back some or even reset completely…i just want to pass this so i can continue to brimstone sands. Atleast if i am reset i can run through main quests pretty quick at level 60.
Also i am in a conversation with another community manager who wanted this. Maybe it can help you aswell

You don’t have to worry about that, you can google how to do it and you can as well add this post link as proof of the issue you’re having.
Indeed you need to be on the PC that you had the issue with so we can review the details from that computer.
This part is a little bit more tricky, I don’t have the exact details regarding that however once the ticket is created the team in charge will reach you to let you know is this is possible or not.
The support ticket is the best way that we have to be able to help you solve this sort of things and I can assure you that sooner than later you will get it done.

I go to Adiana and all she does is tell me about a box they hid. I can’t even get the A Selfless Nature quest. I can’t even enjoy the new Brimstone Sands because this quest is gone.
Hubby and I had rolled toons on the Fresh Start server. Went back to Eden Grove, to progress our questline, since we could not get the storyline to continue in Brimstone. We’ve done every Main Story line quest in EG, and neither of us has gotten “A Selfless Nature”.
Aidiana is now sending us to Ebonscale. How do we progress so we can do the new content in Brimstone.
Note: We did NOT have this issue on our toons on Orofena, we were able to progress to Brimstone after doing Strider in the Sands.
