I did this ages ago when the Golden armor was up for grabs on Twitch. I can see that I have it in my inventory, I also am able to equip the weapon skins that dropped at the release of the game. My twitch account was linked to my account otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get said weapon skins. So with that being said, how do I get my golden armor?
Thank you for the quick response, I can see that you mention that even you already claimed and can equip the weapon skins, you are able to see the Golden armor on the Twitch account but still unable to use it in-game.

For the people who can confirm through this post that they already have it and it’s properly working now, it would be highly appreciated, so we can mark it as resolved/completed.

I have done all those steps many times ticket V451580774. I keep getting promised that they could resolve it within 48 house during business days and will email back. I have yet to hear back from them. Spoke with twitch they keep pushing back saying it on you guys not them. This looks really bad from a game studio. I really wish you guys would just use promocodes. So us as users can show you we claimed it and prove proof instead of being thrown around.
