Same issue as most everyone else. Have New World and Twitch linked to steam, drops obviously enabled, but still don’t have drops available.

Something is severly broken. I have been trying my best to fix this myself. I have linked and relinked my steam and amazon accounts. I have ensured steam amazon and twitch are all linked properly. Everything is showing claimed and all my rewards work EXCEPT the golden rage amor skin which also shows up as claimed in twitch. Worse. Im getting new rewards by watching streams so I know its connected and working and I STILL cannot claim the golden rage armor skin. This is 100 percent a pretty complex and shitty bug.
I had the same exact issue and I was able to fix it.
Here is how I did it. It was a bit silly, but it worked:
1- Load the game
2- On the main Menu click on the link to the “Vinespun Twitch Drops”. This will open the website where you link your accounts.
3- Scroll down on the website. Mine had the accounts linked, but that was not the issue. The real issue was the third numeral “3. Drops activated”.
4- Activate numeral 3.
5- Get back to the game’s main menu and start your game as usual.
6- You should see those skins that were locked before, now unlocked.
Hopefully that helps.
Same problem here :’( had it in beta, first time i logged in today and nothing 
Sadly this did not resolve the issue either. Still waiting for an answer from the support. If they cannot (or how it looks now, refuse to) fix it then they should at least make the skins available in some other manner.
Also, I am suprised that, although this thread is quite active and many people seem to be hit by this issue, no one seems to care to investigate the issue

I had to go here:
and claim the pirate loot. It made me link my steam account and then added the golden rage armor as well. Hopefully that helps!
Side note, I’ve linked my steam account before, but I guess it needed it again? Kinda weird

you are lucky you can see it. I longer can see it in my twitch inventory or ingame. Claimed it about a month or so ago with right before the Verdant Trapper Skin. Tried talk with the game support they blame twitch and twitch say they are not in charge of the distribution of digital for a game its up to the devs. So it looks like I am going to miss out of the skin… I really wish amazon would go back to promo codes instead of this crappy linking system or take note of what account played beta. Then just giving it to them instead of going to like 3-5 different locations just to claim something…

@AgentRed Same issue contacted both parties only for them to throw the blame on each other so fucking annoying… burns me now seeing other people wearing the rage armour

Yup, especially when the claiming doesn’t work. Guess I can’t recommend this game if this is how issues are being handled.

Yea I know it pisses me off that I can’t get it either. So after talking to support last night they gave me a survey link. So I did the survey. What is funny is they have a call back link to “resolve” the issue. What I think found is how amazon does support for this game which does explain a lot. Chain of support Normal amazon>Tier 2 support>Amazon gaming>Then new world tech support. So it took me over 1hour and 30mins of waiting with gaming support on the phone to get someone from “new world” (not sure if it true) They told me a lot of people are having the issue right now. They are currently looking to the matter. They took some info from me like username,server,email, and twitch. They told me that they will get back to me within 48 hours to “resolve” it or for me to talk with twitch again. So yea this doesn’t look so great starting out.
Have you guys checked your “change skin” on a weapon or armor piece, there i found my rewards, not in the store / unlocked. And this was after i had to use a different browser “microcrap edge” to link my account… When i linked via chrome or firefox it didnt work.
You’re not the only one. I’m having the same issue as well, claimed, linked and Golden Rage still showing not available.

Same problem. Opened a ticket with Amazon gaming 2 days ago. No resolution so far.
I have also have gotten no where. More than week later and still no response to the 48 hours to resolve the issue with me…
