I’ve read (but not 100% sure) that according to the newest datamining they reduced the drop rate of legendaries by 10. Like from 10% to 1%.

Wow that’s a lot and now it make sense why many ppl on my server are selling their major trophies… cuz its useless to hunt trophies now
so in the feature trophies prices might go up high price again
Don’t count stats from weapons and shields. The luck on these counts only for kills, not chests.
How on earth do you have 3 major without knowing a basic thing like this? Weapons get seethed when you open chests

Let me just ask this, 1% = 1,000 luck, right or wrong?
3 major luck trophies are +1,500 luck each, IIRC.
So is that supposed to be 4.5%?
Updated websites use 1% = 1,000 luck, rather than the older 1% = 100 luck, or do I need links to sites that offer current content using the 1% = 100 luck?

According to the way this system is working right now, weapon stats and perks are only applied when they are in your hands. Unsheathed.
The most evident example of this behavior is the Sword and Shield, as you can actually hear a sound when sheathing and unsheathing that tells your stats are lowering and getting back up.
And as @Khazadurin has remarked above, while you open and loot any chest or container, weapons and shields go back to their sheathed state. Because, well… In this game mimics aren’t a thing, I guess. So you don’t need to keep yourself armed while looting, lol.
They still will grant you luck when you kill something, though.

also as a superstition, remove your gear and put it back on before you head out for farming runs.
people have been saying for a while now that there seems to be bugs involving luck gear
so i got my first trophy after winter update, i removed all major luck trophies and then added them again, but this could be random idk,
you are right, but i got alot of good legendaries from lazarus and genesis before boss dies i equip my weapons

Instead of shifting your arguments like a 12 year old, I would advice you to focus on the actual topic:p
Remove the pearls out of your armor. Your playing with 2 different roll tables. I have farmed 100’s of hours, elite zones, chest runs, Laz and Gen. I was told by a few people to remove the pearls and run whatever other gems and since then I have farmed another 100 hours and have gotten much better and reliable drops.
