I played the game at launch and started on a different server than my friends because of the server situation back then. Because of all the other problems during that time I took a break before the server transfers were available.
Now I wanted to come back and join my friends but when I go to the store I can’t find my server transfer token so I assume I didn’t receive one when they were initially sent out. Since new server transfer tokens are disabled I guess I am screwed and there is no way of joining my friends now or is there another way of receiving a transfer token?

To receive free server transfer token, players had to log into the game between OCT-20 and NOV-22. At this point is not possible to create the token server transfer if you didn’t received it.
Due to the issue experienced with the transfer token, this feature was disabled: [Notice] Addressing Server Transfer Tokens
They said in that thread:
We know that there has been a lot of discussion about future server transfer tokens and merges. At this time, the team is still in discussion on how these will work but once we know, we will provide information in the Official News channel.
At the moment the team still working and discussing the future of server token transfers, as soon as we have more information about this We’ll be updating the Official News in the forums.

Wow, this is absolutely disappointing and unacceptable. Because other people abused the system normal players are the ones who have an inferior experience and after months I am still not able to play the game with friends. Stupid me for relying on the information that everyone receives a transfer token when the game launched. Glad I figured this out before I invest time and money into this game again. Nice way of making sure people are not returning.
