- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Pyrallis
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I died while at Trading Post in Ebonscalereach between exiting to desktop and signing in an hour or so later

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Gear took damage and teleported to fast travel point in ER
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: cost me gold and repair parts

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: It has happened at least once before several patches ago where I exited the game in a settlement and was dead upon logging back into the game. I was not flagged for PVP in either case.
