Difference between T4 crafting armors and t5 crafting armors

Hi,

I see that both T4 and T5 crafting armors gives +2 GS. What’s the difference between them? It can’t be only GS I guess, or if it is only GS then it should give extra bonus I suppose. Can anyone enlight me?
