As I sit here waiting for some sort of communication from the wrong perma bans they did I’m getting sadder and sadder. I see there will be a new video coming out, I was hyped for brimstone sands and everything. Appeals are automated responses, live chat said they can’t help me so I need to go to the appeal.
The only person that actually communicated with me was DEV Katy via Twitter. When is support going to finish their “REVIEW” of people’s accounts and finally unban who did trading by mistake?
I saw AGS stating that they will try to remove any illegal gains that happened. There are NONE on my account as for me I had a fair trade.
totally agree with you, i didn’t get banned myself but it s totally unacceptable for me what is happening now about this on the game, people got punished for doing nothing but get used by cheaters to duplicate
@Luxendra any info? please just think about the players that did this once without even knowing. it’s not like you had to do a billion things to trigger the trading bug. I just did a trade

People are right when they say simply entering a trade causes to bug.
The bug was affecting trading for hours before trading was disabled. Think of all the innocents affected who traded once without dupe intentions that got caught in the crossfire. Because there are many, hundreds.
Im saying it is very unlikely there were false bans… and if so were probably only temp. Anything you have done in the past, RMT 6 months ago? could catch a ban tomorrow. People play the victim when they damn well know they are in the wrong.
I know someone that used a fishing bot on launch and got a perma 5 months later… funny huh…
I think dupers, exploiters, and cheaters should 100% be permanently banned. HWID level, because most of the mega company players banned in the past still play on multiple accounts.
That said, AGS does need to invest in better support and a legitimate appeal process. The outsourced support is awful, and if you were to get banned you have zero recourse except to try and get a trending social media post or use YouTuber status to get someone to look into it.
