Usually I do not type in chat, since the risk of getting mass reported is huge on the server i am on.
Yesterday, I got a warning on my account for bad behaviour. When I created a ticket to know more about this warning and the reason behind it, they redirected me to the “ban appeal” link. Then I make a ban appeal, explaining it was only to know the reason behind the warning. I sent a screenshot of my message AND a clip of 10 minutes prior to the warning.
According to youtube, the video I uploaded has still 0 visualizations. This means, the video I submited wasn’t even watched by the person handling the ticket.
The answer I got per email to my ticket was, that my warning was fair and my account will stay warned, more informations could not be shared and further question will not be answered.
I created the ticket to know what I did wrong and why I got the warning for. As of this moment, I have no clue about the reason behind the warning. If we are forced to write a message when reporting someone why in this world can’T this message be shared if the people ask for the reason behind it. I do not want to know who wrote it, just what was written. I got punished for something I do not know the reason! What kind of system is this?
Every bot report I made, is completly useless. Bots selling in game coin - reported and I need to even write a message while reporting! still see those bots selling coins.
I am frustrated. So far, every interaction with Amazon support had been really helpfull until now. Even if the agents handling this subject cannot answer, atleast redirect me to someone who can. Because, on this justice system, I got punished, have no clue what for AND since no one can tell me what for I cannot promise i will not do it again. A lot of people fear write on the chat, because of this mass report bullshit.
If you value customers as you say you do, please be more transparent. If the judgment was made saying that my warning was fair, why can’t you tell me what that reason was? For sure you have access to it - just share.
