Discarded Brimstone legendary weapons


Recently i’ve been looking for some info about legendary weapons as I progress my character and found out that i made a big mistake.
I discarded most of the legendary weapons from Brimstone quests and now i regret it cause i didnt know if they re good or no as a returning player.

World: Apophis
Character: Bumkeris

Saw few similar topics and u could restore most of the weapons to people so if u can help me as well with that i will be delighted!

Weapons i talk about are:

Sword - Centurion’s Blade
Round Shield - Malatesta’s Honor
Spear - Slayer of Enemies
Spear - 5th Cohort’s March
Great Axe - Vespasian’s Arm
War Hammer - Stone Pillar
Fire Staff - Staff of the Pharaoh
Fire Staff - The Staff of Ptah

Talking to support here would be the best way to get those items back.

Sadly they say i should contact them max 7 days after discarding and they can’t make this happen but anyway still waiting for answer from dev team, maybe someone will find a solution, my stupidity will cost me really good stuff ;/

I would try contacting them again or submitting a web ticket. They are the only people who can really help you with this.

I am sorry to know about the legendary weapons and yes there is a courtesy service in which dropped items or character restorations can be requested. However, they are all a subject of approval by the team along with some guidelines that are required to be followed.

I understand that the request was unfortunately denied to you because it has been more than 7 days since the items were dropped.

So there is no way of getting those items back? ;c

I suggest adding a way to claim old quest items/one time claimable. like a kiosk or something.

Just wondering, are those guidelines public anywhere?

@Bumker I am afraid not, but if you still want to try you can check with live support again explaining your issue and do check if any of the dropped items are falling into the time frame.

@JakeL Currently those guidelines are provided to our live support staff and they thoroughly check accordingly and escalate as required. These are not publicly available yet but live support will always give you the reason if in any case they are not able to escalate the request.
