Disconnect while in queue from Amazon side

I have been sitting in queue on server Themiscyra from before 5pm when queue was at 1533, to less than 400 in queue in about 3 hours. I then got a message “Failed to connect to login queue” but it was NOT an issue from my side. Wife and I are both hard wired to the same physical switch that connects to the same router. She is still in queue. There should be a priority re-queue if dropped for a bug that lets you take position back or top of queue position within a set period of time, say 30 seconds.

This is getting BEYOND RIDICULOUS Amazon!!!
