Would you be happy buying a product and after 48h STILL not be able to use it as this is exactly what’s happened for me , wait in ques for 2 days to then get kicked once get down to under 100 each time so as you can imagine im a little frustrated/annoyed and angry and then to get kicked from discord just puts the icing on top
Have you considered they already know that’s a question? Use your head. They’ve been launching servers multiple times since release, there is a launch day update in the official, and this is the same process that’s gone through every single launch of every single MMO launch. It doesn’t make sense to overload the game with servers so self-entitled people can get their day 1 fix, either. Dead servers ruin games and “just merge them later” is a garbage idea because it destroys server faction balance, guilds, territory ownership (and money sunk into those respective things).
Things would be a lot smoother if people had any amount of patience and understanding whatsoever.

They have responded. They responded on twitter last night and even on the forums. If you are as capable at reading as you are at complaining, then you would have seen the answer to your questions already.
