Hello, I am a Russian-speaking New World user and I have the following problem shown in the screenshot. I keep crashing out of the game. I tried to solve it as in the topic Distribution Manager Connected Msg but it didn’t work. I went to:
Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
and now I’m waiting for instructions on what to do so that the game works correctly

Be sure to have your game logs & Dxdiag report ready in case they ask for them.
Provide recent 3 logs from: Users\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\LogBackups
DxDiag report: Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag. Click on dxdiag.exe. When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
