No mention of DE fixes despite it being in a completely unusable state.
ONE: Refreshing Divine Embrace is not working. Healing a target below 50% does not reduce the cooldown at all since the May patch.
TWO: The final perk of the DE tree ‘Rebound’ is not working.
THREE: Shared Struggle (and probably rebound) does not target people properly.
Additionally, if a target leaves your range after you land the heal. It goes into CD but does not land a heal.
You’re dropping nerfs left and right on healers and what little scraps we have left are in a frankly unplayable state. Priority needs to be on fixing this. I’m stunned this week’s patch has addressed none of it. How long must we play the beta version of our weapon?
Yeah okay dude two DPS players can literally 100-0 an entire squad of people by themselves but 1000 HPS is ‘broken’. Can you just leave the thread? This is about several game breaking bugs and I don’t appreciate you trying to derail a thread that is trying to bring attention to something that urgently needs fixing.
Okay right so the 30% healing nerf on heavy didn’t happen. The 1s cast time to LE and the halved scaling. Those didn’t happen either? On top of the dozen nerfs before it? Good to know it was just a nightmare. Thanks for informing me.
It’s not an exaggeration. The entire idea behind the fucking spell is broken and it doesn’t even connect heals under some circumstances, putting it into CD. That is the definition of a

Yes when you make LE unusable garbage and leave DE as the only competitive single target heal and 80% of its functionality isn’t working. The little scraps we have left aren’t functional.
how tf can you say that and be serious about it? XD C’mon man… search youtube/google and find these nerfs and how it effects people in arenas OPR and wars… or should I post some healer vids to show you that it’s still busted in most variables? I found like 3 videos where healers are unkillable in a matter of 1 search… Healer has 2-3 dps builds on him and he manages to stay above half HP or simply maintain full life the entire time they are on him… rends, plagues, etc… still… so if nerfs are going out left and right, and they can still manage this, and post videos of it, what exactly should that tell you?

You’re right that currently healing is in a ‘good state’. In fact, its too powerful. BUT its also underwhelming to play anything other than AOE, and its super weak in regards to:
personal impact (spam aoes and let your team do the rest? ew)
player agency (tombs canceling heals, players running out of range and canceling heals, player running out of los, random AOE dmg staggering you and canceling your heals, etc)
combat fluidity (having to pretty much stop moving every 2-4s for 1s only for it to never go off due to factors out of your control)
fun and enjoyment (fast paced combat is more fun and allows more skill expression).
They buffed AOE. Pair that with shirking heals (1-2k heals per dodge every 5s) or shirking fort (15% fortify when dodging with near 100% uptime), and being able to iframe in roots/cc? You have near immortality. Its not just healing, its players self-sustaining with no way to lock them down.
Meanwhile the most recent patch gutted reaction-based burst healing, target priority, clever positioning (using terrain to your advantage), broke several mechanics, slowed down the pace, and made it CLUNKY AS HELL.
While they buffed AOE healing in 3 different ways (despite it topping scoreboards pre-patch already), they made group-healing a god damn horrendous unfun, clunky, slow, gimmicky nightmare.
When they could have just increased CD’s, prevented casting through walls, and reduced (or capped) burst healing a little bit. And potentially added new/more anti-heal mechanics.
I’d like to see casters get their spells interrupt if they get hit. but that’s just me XD that way healers have to find a better solution to their gameplay and not just stand around in SG, and just dodge/stun/kite in said SG. I’ve done 4k to a healer in light, and it took like almost 45%ish damage from him, but I had to armor break him and rend him first, then he used SG, and a regen pot and was full HP before I could land my next assault. once he started dodging and actually NOT teabagging as if he just knew he was good enough to stand there, he started stunning and kiting and repeating the SG heal/kite trick. and him being in light armor, 1 dodge vs me in heavy, there was nothing I could do except wait for leaping strike to get close. OH he was plagued as well. it’s on my sword. but none of that seemed to matter. Not sure if I’m the only person to fight tricky healers, that know how to kite and riposte properly, as if it were macro/scripted for reaction time lol I dunno…
I’d like if DPS would find a better solution to their gameplay and use the tools offered to them in game in the form of removing every single buff off of someone with the push of a button (thus rendering LE’s scaling useless), applying debuffs (thus mitigating the healing bonus offered by sacred ground), and bursting under CC chains. Oh what would I know I only played in over a hundred wars as light, medium and heavy healer against competitive guilds.
