The “Divine” (+% Incoming Healing) on Amulets is not working as described.

Bug -
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
The “Divine” Perk on Amulets says it increases incoming Healing from all effects.
Yet it does not increase Healing received from Beacon or Sacred Ground.
It seems as it only increases Healing from single target Heal effects.
Testing Setup:
- My Character totally naked, except a void gauntlet to reduce my own Hitpoints.
- Healer Friend at my side, without actively stacking heal buffs or anything (just waiting and casting 1 Spell when i tell him via voice).
First run:
- My Charakter WITHOUT the Divine Perk Amulet:
Received 556 Heal from a Sacred Ground tick.
Second run:
- My Character WITH the Divine Perk Amulet:
Received 556 Heal from a Sacred Ground tick.
We quickly tested it with single target Heals and those were increased. So our assumption is that the Perk only increases healing received from single target Heals.
