I’ve missed 3 M10 runs I tried to join because every single time my direct message with my gear linked just didn’t work, as if I never sent any message. I relogged twice and nothing. How can I fix this?

You’ll need to fill out a bug report template. Go to categories on forums click bug reports blah blah. But before going through all that let me save you a small bit of time, go to steam new world, verify files. I always tell players even go so far as to uninstall/reinstall new world if verifying through steam doesn’t help. This way when you go fill out the report you can tell them you’ve already taken those steps and needs further investigating.
Hope what I suggested works but if not, I hope a NWCS can help fix it. Best of luck!!!
I shut down the game for like 5 minutes and when I came back it was fixed. I guess “long relog” fixes it. Thanks anyway.

this happens sometime with linking gears. if that happens just link 1 gear at a time for 1 or 2 gears.
then you can link the whole set again at a time.
its really an annoying bug
