Do AGS know About hotfixes?

Why every single Company, even the smallest Company can hotfix very problematic bugs, but with AMAZON we have to wait One week every time? Just to have 2 bugs resolved, 1 '“resolved”" and other 345 bugs created. Can you give me at least a reason for this? And don’t come to me with the story:" every mmo was full of bugs at le launch", want some examples? Bdo zero bugs, Lost Ark ZERO BUGS, AT LAUNCH. In this game even the WEAPONS ARE BUGGED!

The only phrase that I read in the last 3 weeks are:“we are working on this, no eta”

COULD YOU PLEASE SAVE THE POOR COMMUNITY MANAGERS? Because we know that they have not fault in this mess, they Just try to moderate the forum and discussions, we are talking to you, devs and corporates, this game Is a mess and you should at least step up your game to recover the situation.

The funny thing is that they released this so called patch to fix some stuff, but the patch actually broke it down even further. Like, I am stuck in a dead server for hours while all my company have moved to another.

A total failure.
