You can say in live FS is week ( or you just bad with it) yes maybe litle bit, but it will be big mistake nerf 90% wepons and buff FS, it will make FS to much powerful , ags pls buff and nerf wepon slowly.
You know it was not buffed? Dmg you can do is same on ptr and live. FS was reworked. But not buffed.
Difference is playstyle. PTR is more fun, more dynamic and allow to play more builds.
In fact i did get nerfed. Couse FS is weapon that did get most from crits. With crit chance and crit face value nerfed. FS did get undirect nerf. But couse new heavies to implode 1m radious - i does make up for that lose of dmg from crits.
