we found a persistence issue that affected some players who transferred and we want to make sure that this issue is fixed before re-enabling them. Latest update on outpost rush

Hey all, I completely understand your frustration and disappointing regarding disabling this mode. Outpost Rush is super fun and now that more people are reaching level 60, it’s definitely easier to join one of the matches.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of issues that were discovered after we re-enabled it that severely impacted people’s ability to have a smooth experience during and after playing Outpost Rush and the team decided that the best approach was to disable it for the time being while they worked out the bugs.

We were really excited for this to be released last weekend and we’re disappointed that we had to disable it. The team’s working super hard to knock these bugs out and re-enable Outpost Rush as soon as possible. It remains one of the team’s top priorities to fix!

We’re actually working on solidifying patch note information and when it’s finalized, we’ll be posting it in our Official News section.

And I get you. I don’t like repeating myself as much as you don’t like hearing me repeat things but a lot of these changes aren’t something that happens overnight. The only thing we can actively do right now is know that you are being heard and that we understand your frustration in communication while internally working on processes to improve communications going forward.

You sound like a 14 year old kid with mental health issues. Get it together and quit projecting.

We understand that communication is lacking and it’s difficult to find specific information you may be looking for. We hear you 100% and we’re working on multiple ways we can improve communication like a bug tracker. We’re also working on dev blogs and articles to make sure everyone stays in the loop. We currently have developers responding in the forums as well which you can find through the dev tracker!

I am very much looking forward to a proper bug tracker and a dev blog. The forums are difficult to use and it’s too time-consuming to look through multiple dev posts to try to figure what you do and don’t know about and what is and isn’t being worked on (plus the forums are just super negative). I’d really like to be able to go somewhere and see everything that you’re working on and see what’s coming down the pipe.
