i dont understand why they would leave the counter to a mechanic they removed in place.
Then why is that most bugs aren’t game breaking until lvl 60 and yet most of the playerbase left well before lvl 60?

now that u mention it, in my company its always the ones who didnt reach 60 that leave, the ones that made it got too far to turn back, with exceptions offc of those who absolutely are done with any trust in this game to succeed.

You highly overestimate the player count between reddit/forums. The players that died off before 60 could very well be before exploits were an issue to them and some could of quit because of the exploits.
In any event if people cheated I’d assume the devs/game masters would delete said items and advantages. That’s BEFORE AGS proved to be incompetent.

no, simply no. 4.5 M Lunge, it follow light dodge you have to either root them / stun (you can’t knowback wich is dumb) or use on of the 4 dash of the game (5 if you count shield bash).

Imo this game just need a Poise system (hyper armor) depending of eatch armor / weapon used
GA Lunge only follows light roll if they are on top of you. If you have any distance at all it doesnt. If this wasnt the case then GA players would kill me every time. Honestly not sure what your talking about with ice storm. I don’t understand thats on me. As far as the stunlocks I was replying to someones comment that mentioned stunlocks. They should have just copied poise and hyper armor from dark souls 3. It works very well.
Stun is a debuff that goes away the moment the stunned target recieve any instance of dmg (so stun in this game = sleep in most game)
because removing stagger made it impossible to land big hits, or just not worth it in a trade.
before you could land big hits after creating an opening with stagger, or choose to absorb damage in exchange for landing a strong stagger you could capitalize on.
it also meant they had to add more CC so players might create openings some times.
that said, both systems need grit
only if you are trying to trade hits, and not dodge and counterplay i think? mass pvp would still be fcked tho, the only saving grace would be hammer stuns would be interuptable due to not having grit, and heavy weapons would be rlly strong, but picked apart by faster weapons. instead of look at me , i white hulk, i smash ground. you stun.
And on heavy armors maybe.
It is pathetic that paper armors have grit while I can’t switch weapons or use potions because the animation is cancelled if 2-3 people are hitting me.
