Dodge and Weave Perk Non-functional

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Dodging does not cause the Bow perk “Dodge and Weave” to proc at all.
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: The “Dodge and Weave” movement speed buff does not apply upon dodging.
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I dodge roll in light armor and I do not see the typical visual queue nor the UI buff timer. I have tested the “Archer’s Speed” perk, which functions as intended to compare.
