I was wondering if anyone has links to tests or proof that Keen Awareness affects single-target healing crits? I often hear that single-target heals “crit”, and as such, crit chance may effect these particular heals, but have tests been done? Any sort of proof?

Heals don’t crit, but people are probably getting confused when they get large heals on someone with a lot of buffs on them using light’s embrace, especially if they are under 50% health. This can push the heal to look larger than normal.
If you want to prove this to yourself get a void gauntlet to damage yourself and a healing staff and keep re-healing yourself using the same circumstances (just consistently do it over 50% health or under) and you’ll see that the numbers are really consistent (i.e. no crit heals).
Ahh that must be what is happening. Thanks! I personally never saw them as actual “crits” either, but some healers on my server continue referring to these big heals as “crits”, so it was confusing.
