I have lifestealing on my sword and lifestealing on my ring. Do both stack?
What if i get lifestealing on my shield too?
Ring and Weapon stack? Yes.
Shield and Sword stack? No.
What perks are best with lifestealing?

Depends on your build and what your other weapon is. Bigger weapon damage = more healing from the lifestealing/leeching etc.
The most life steal you can get is
Weapon with lifesteal, trenchant recovery, leeching runeglass gem
Amulet with Divine
Ring with Leeching
Optionally you can add Regenerating on earring, leeching runeglasses on your armor
