Topic title. Also, does the 300 dex auto crit after dodge apply to skills that can crit, or only basic attacks?
Is the dodge required to evade an attack to get the crit, or is doing the animation all you need?

300 Dex proc can be used for abilities as well, but will usually only proc on the first hit of multi hit skills
Don’t need to actually evade a hit like shirking, just going through the motion procs it (u can check ur buff bar)
Does Rapier’s evade skill trigger shirking procs if you dodge an attack with it, at least?
