no. if you watch the video, it looks like this one gives us a 2% dmg nerf at 125 meters. clearly a nerf

It’s a 0.5% damage reduction at 120m and 1.2% at 125m, at all other ranges the damage is INCREASED by 1 to 6%. And this can be done with body shots which it couldn’t before the changes to HYM, which required head or crit shots. Finally muskets can reload power/powder shot on the move = buff
