Does the community have suggestions or ideas for something like a mini-map?

I would like very much to have a mini map helping me with the surroundings of where i may be, as in many other mmo’s have a mini-map it grew on the genre. But I’m more interested in knowing what the other players think about this topic.

*I have my issues with the game and its workings and at the same time am amazed it. Lets work it out together.
