I recently upgraded the Primordial Edge from a 598-600 using the umbral shard system. This gives the item keenly jagged as a third perk. Even though my item appears legendary and has the perk listed it does not apply a bleed. I tested it with someone in my company and they had one that dropped at 600 and their bleed works. This makes me wonder if other upgraded named legendary items show a third perk that doesn’t actually do anything.
Also just another reminder that months into this game I still have a 15 attribute disadvantage every time I swap off of my sword and shield, you guys have been aware of this issue for months now and I know for a fact it’s a simple fix yet here we are with people still having to complain about it.
I’ve defended this game for a long time and still enjoy it a lot when things are running smoothly. However, I’m really worried that if you guys don’t get these desync issues and bugs sorted out in the February update that people are just going to give up all together. So many have already, I used to be able to queue OPR all day long and have a blast. Sure I would get lag at times and be frustrated here and there but that’s to be expected. Now I can’t even get through one game without wanting to throw my computer out the window due to the constant desync that has me missing attacks when I’m standing on top of people. You guys have left the PVP of this game in a genuinely abysmal state for months now. I’m sorry for the rant, this was supposed to be a simple bug report, but I really do want this game to be successful so please just fix things. No more new grinds or systems, just fix the game first, like people have been pleading for for months now.
