Don't buy their skins or other items from the in game store

So like many other players, I bought several skins but this one skin I think was really cool (starbound) from the store in new world for real $$$$ and I also do it to support the game as there is no monthly fee to play this game but after the latest update (May 26, 2022) the cape of this skin (starbound) is NOTHING like the one I paid for a month ago (or how long ago it was)

I then contacted New world support and asked if they are gonna change the skin back to what I paid for or if I could get a refund…

they told me that they will not do anything because they have the right to change whatever you buy in the store for your own hard-earned $$$$…

so all in all I just wanna say: Don’t buy anything you like in the game Store for your hard-earned $$$$ they will change the item if they feel like it and you can’t do shjiit about it
