Don't see any of my Prime gaming / Twitch drops

Hi,

I have Amazon prime and I used to get all the drops from Twitch and Prime gaming,
But from December 21 I don’t see the drops anymore.

Please help

If these fail to resolve the issue, please do go ahead and Contact Us via our Live Chat service so one of our colleagues can go ahead and help you raise a web ticket for your specific issue. They may ask for your game logs, which you will be able to find by following these steps:

Instructions for finding the in-game logs:

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
  3. Paste the contents of the file into your message.

I thought I had this problem as well, but it turned out that there just wasn’t any notification in game anywhere that they were unlocked. I had to check the skins on the weapon and it showed up there.

Same claimed/connected in every possible way.

Still haven’t received after a week or however long it’s been now…

I am sorry to hear you’ve been having issues linking your New World account to Twitch in order to claim the drops. Here are some things we can try before creating a web ticket and which may solve the situation for you:

1- Go to “My connections” in your Twitch settings and remove New World if it is already showing there. Please do this even if you are almost sure you’ve never linked these before.
2- Once that is done please follow all the steps listed in the link provided by @distantefix in order.

Note that if it still does not work by the end of those steps, the scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be best if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.

Very vague on my connections… Firstly when giving directions to something should state at process 0. The home page of twitch. Because this option is not listed anywhere on my home page. Seeing as how twitch has gotten worse over the past couple of years, need to accommodate for the new interface, heck some people probably have different interfaces.

Twitch once was a nice clean website for gaming, but now it’s become a disaster.
I appreciate the help, and I will dig around to find “My Connections” But pro tip.

Also, there is nothing that states “my” connections. I found it.

Either way, directions need to be given more professionally imo.

That’s the only thing I have in connections related to new world.

Thank you for your follow up question regarding Twitch Drops. You are correct in that interface displays may vary but you seem to have found what is needed. Please, do proceed by disconnecting and then following all the steps to link as listed in @amirlivni’s previous post as this should clear the issue for you.
