Double XP in fishing is bugged

  • Character Name : HnZkks
  • Issue that occurred : Fishing double xp not working
  • Time and Date : 30 july 2022 Saturday 01:48 PM ===> 03:38 AM Saturday (PT)
  • World/Server : EU Central / Dry Tree
  • Location where issue occurred : everywhere
  • Any steps that can be taken to reproduce the issue : go to any fresh water on the map and start fishing, you won’t get the double XP icon and neither th XP i think

Also the music 2x is available, only the fishing is affected
NOTE: this is during the Summer Medleyfaire 2022 event
NOTE : I had buffs active (Scaledust Delight) and 3 x special aeternum sturgeon fishing trophy
=> 30% bonus xp from trophy and 25% bonus xp from Scaledust Delight, hence +15 XP from the regular 10XP when cathcing the fish.

Double xp only applies if you’re leveling, like the rest of the double events, it does not apply to earning aptitude.
