It’s been over a year since the last time I played decided to hop on and check it out and find out the servers are offline lol
for the easter event 
Next time they should say update will take 120mins or 2 hours. And be done in 1h30min.

I can’t give you any advice there sorry. I am in Asia/Pacific, and only have one server.
If you start a new character (as an alt), you should think twice before going on a Fresh Start server
