Drop Rate for Rich Bear Flank

Im trying to cook “Slow Roasted Bear Flank with Root Vegetables” the last thing that i need is this so called “Rich Bear Flank”.

Im killing and skinning black bears for straight 8 hours now and did not even got one. Im wearing full skinning gear and using luck portions…

What is this drop rate ? Did you forget to put it in the loot table? At this drop rate i have to sell one “Slow Roasted Bear Flank with Root Vegetables” for 1000g …

@AGS Did someone actually test the drop rate or did you just put it this low without testing ??? How bad can the test management be at amazon game studios …

Are the bears you are killing level 55+ ?

Yeah, they have to be 55+ burrs :smiley: . New world DB has info like that.

They are plentiful if you know where to get them.

Ebonscale, near the southern fast travel, head up the hill how you would go to Serenity Monastery. There are tons of bears here, and the cubs drop tons of Rich bear flank with luck perks.

They respawn pretty quickly, so you should be able to farm until you are sick of it.

Watch out for the Lvl 60 Elite bear further up the path to the Monastery though, he’s nasty.
