I recently was placed on a new SA East server due to a server transfer bug. This server is low pop and I spoke with someone last night who told me this server (Apsu) is less than a week old. Despite having 3 major Loot Luck trophys, full luck armor, jewelry, weapns & bags I keep getting blue & green items from Elite chests at approv 480-580 GS only.
On the last day on my last server I was able to loot 7 Golden Scarabs in Brimstone, however in my days on Apsu I have only been able to loot 1.
I am convinced that they are throttling trophy mats from being looted from chests on new servers. Anyone else on a new server experience this?
