Describe the issue you are experiencing: Ebonscale Reach zone, at (8192.475, 6510.301, 175.440) - small section of land is flagged as being underwater. I was trying to harvest the herbs there, was waiting for the interact icon to come up, and noticed I was drowning on dry land.
