It has the same cost as the legs, while it should be slightly more then gloves but significantly cheaper than legs.
For a comparison, look at Dryad Patroller Shoes. It costs 5 primary, 3 secondary, and 1 tertiary material. The Dryad Guard Boots cost 10 primary, 6 secondary, and 2 tertiary.

Get 160 Armoring.
Obtain all necessary mats to craft Dryad Guard Boots.
Craft them, you can see the mat cost is higher than it should be.
