We quickly ran Genesis and Lazarus for the Runes and noticed that all named drops are 590 and not higher? Is this on purpose? Really every of the named items is 590.
but do you can upgrade the item ?
Most named t5 items now drop at guaranteed 590 even the ones that used to drop based on expertise. This is listed in the patch notes.
