Laz Dungeon crashed mid dungeon causing many people to lose orbs and other contributions for spots (gold). This is a issue that has appeared to effect everyone that was in the laz dungeon tonight. Please do something to make this right.

I’m sorry for this issue that you have encounter with the game crashing while in the dungeon.
I recommend you to get in contact with a representative from the live channels to make the report on the glitch that you are experiencing.

I have contacted live support and would like this issue to be addressed with a dev please these orbs are on a 7 day cool down and it is unfair to many people who have used their personal orbs or who have paid thousands in gold for a spot.

I understand the situation can be frustrating and I apologize for it. We are really concerned about this issue and that’s why we asked you to please contact Customer Support. That’s the best way to escalate the issue to the dev team.
The representative will raise a ticket to the specialist team to further research into the inconvenience with the missing items.
If the representative rise a ticket, it will be necessary to request you for the 5 most recent logs and the dxdiag info.
Here you are the steps to get this information just in case:
- To find the DxDiag:
Press Windows + R, type “dxdiag” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
Click the Display tab and you can see information about your video card under the Device section. Please write down that information.
- To find the logs:
Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Send the most recent files from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
