- What is your character name in New World: iAmGoji
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: NA East/Valhalla
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cannot proceed through dungeon areas for instance initiating the battle with Cilla. She kept saying “not all of you party members are present.” And that bug somehow follows us all over the game, into other dungeons like Dynasty Mutations and basically ruined every dungeon runs we had and we couldn’t complete all of them. We spent 3 orbs and couldn’t finish any of the dungeons because of the bug. And on top of that, the icing on the cake… The server update kicked us out at the Last Boss Battle in Genesis as we were fighting her. Will you do anything about it? Will you refund us our Orbs? Or is it always a lost cause and there’s nothing you guys can do? Love the game and the future potential it has. But again, it keeps, or it feels like it is getting worse with the updates. With new material always coming out, while there are hundreds of holes in the game that are left unsolved due to priority standards. It’s hard to love to play the game when we’re so busy trying to fight through all these bugs and exploits. But hey, we understand you guys are actually trying to make it a better experience for all of us. So thank you. And we look forward to seeing much better turnouts and fixes in the near future.
